Named after Benjamin Franklin, the inventor of bifocals spectacles, Ben Vision Research is a company dedicated to developing instrumentation for eye doctors. We are the inventors of two groundbreaking products: a subjective refraction device which saves the doctor's time by removing the necessity of an examination lane, thereby saving space in a doctor's office, and a tonometer that will be used for glaucoma diagnostics to measure the fluid pressure in the eye more accurately than existing methods. As developers of eye care instrumentation for professionals, we serve as an intelligent interface and conduit between emerging concepts in the science of vision and the clinical needs of professionals.
